What we collect

We use Umami Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Umami is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It collects:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referrer (where you came from)
• Browser type and device type
• Country-level geographic location (derived from IP, not stored)

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. IP addresses are anonymized and not stored.

Session replay

Our website records anonymous session replays for debugging and improvement purposes. Replays capture page interactions (clicks, scrolls, navigation) but never record keystrokes, form inputs, or sensitive content. Replays are stored on our self-hosted analytics server and are not shared with third parties.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. Umami is fully cookieless.

Third-party services

Analytics data is processed by our self-hosted Umami instance. No data is sent to Google, Facebook, or any other third-party advertising or tracking service.

Open source

MQTTProbe is open source software. The application itself does not phone home or collect any telemetry. Usage data is only collected on this marketing website via the analytics described above.
